The role We’re looking for a scrappy, resourceful Developer Advocate to help grow Token Factory , Nebius’ high-performance inference platform built for teams running real production AI workloads at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working directly with builders and helping them ship faster, cheaper, and more reliable AI products.

You’ll sit right next to product and engineering, shape how developers discover and trust the platform, and spend most of your time building demos, running workshops, writing practical guides, and talking with developers who are deeply opinionated about inference performance.

If you like moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and turning deep technical work into something developers actually want to use, this role is for you. You are welcome to work remotely from the United Sates. Your responsibilities will include: Help developers know, adopt and use Token Factory for inference use cases. Build demos and examples that show performance, cost, and reliability tradeoffs.

Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences. Gather direct feedback from builders and bring it back to product and engineering. Work with marketing to share real developer stories and use cases. We expect you to have: Strong understanding of AI developers and building patterns. Comfortable writing code, reviewing examples, and troubleshooting issues.

Able to explain complex systems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Curious, practical, and opinionated about how developers actually work. It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience with inference platforms or model serving. Compensation We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $165k - $250k OTE (On-Target-Earnings) plus equity based on your experience.
