The role Nebius is looking for a Head of Builder Growth to help scale our builder community to millions of developers and AI builders. This is a senior role focused on driving a step change in the builder funnel, not incremental improvement. The goal is to grow both the size of the community and the depth of engagement, and to make Nebius a home for AI builders.
This role owns growth across the full builder journey, from awareness and sign-up to activation, engagement, retention, and ongoing participation. It requires someone who can build scalable digital programs, run strong in-person motions, and work cross-functionally to turn community into a measurable growth engine. A core part of the role is building hackathons into a repeatable growth system.
That includes public hackathons as well as partner, customer, field, and internal hackathons. We see hackathons as one of the highest leverage ways to drive builder acquisition, product adoption, real projects, ecosystem engagement, and community momentum.
You will work closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Developer Relations, Developer Advocates, Product Marketing, Product, Startups, and ecosystem teams. You are welcome to work remotely from the United States.
Your responsibilities will include: Own builder growth across awareness, sign-up, activation, engagement, retention, and community participation Design and run growth programs that materially improve the builder funnel, not just top of funnel traffic Build hackathons into a repeatable growth engine across public, partner, customer, and internal programs Define the hackathon playbook, including format, goals, onboarding, technical readiness, support model, judging, follow-up, and conversion into ongoing community participation Turn workshops, launches, demos, office hours, events, hackathons, and community programs into repeatable growth loops Partner with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing on campaigns, lifecycle journeys, conversion, and builder acquisition Work with Developer Relations and Developer Advocates to connect content, community, product moments, and events into scalable growth motion Identify the highest leverage channels, partnerships, and programs to grow the builder ecosystem Lead strategies to increase visibility in AI generated answers and AI native discovery experiences for technical audiences Build dashboards, metrics, and operating cadence to understand what is working and improve quickly Help shape the systems, programs, and community experience needed to support a large scale, high engagement builder community Strong growth in builder sign-ups, activation, and engaged community members Hackathons become a repeatable engine for acquisition, product usage, ecosystem engagement, and community momentum Higher repeat participation across events, programs, and community surfaces Clear growth loops between content, events, product moments, and ongoing engagement Stronger visibility and discovery among developers across both traditional and AI native channels Nebius becomes a real home for AI builders, not just a series of one off campaigns We expect you to have: Senior operator who can move easily between strategy and execution Strong builder growth instincts with experience across experiments, funnels, and community led growth Ability to work cross-functionally and drive programs across marketing, product, developer relations, and ecosystem teams Comfort owning metrics, dashboards, testing, and operating rigor Experience building scalable community, event, or developer programs Strong judgment on what motivates technical builders and how to turn participation into durable engagement Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to build from the ground up Working knowledge of spoken and written English Key employee benefits in the US: Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.

Compensation We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 225k - 315k OTE (On-Target Earnings) and equity based on your experience, skills, and location.
