Mechanical Engineer (R&D, Data centers)
Nebius is seeking a mid-level Mechanical Engineer to design mechanical components for server and rack hardware in their R&D team. The role involves CAD modeling, thermal analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, offering the chance to work on impactful AI cloud infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for server and racks hardware
- Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications using CAD tools
- Collaborate with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers for product integration
- Perform thermal and structural analysis to ensure system performance and reliability
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation of designs
