Nebius is seeking a Senior OFCI Equipment Procurement Manager to lead technical and commercial procurement of mission-critical data center equipment for its global AI cloud platform. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience in data center procurement and offers a competitive salary of $150k-$180k OTE with comprehensive benefits including 100% company-paid health insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Define OFCI equipment scope in collaboration with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Issue RFQs/RFPs for critical data center infrastructure equipment and lead technical/commercial bid evaluations.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of long-lead mission-critical equipment including electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
  • Monitor vendor manufacturing, testing schedules, and coordinate FATs and inspections.
  • Develop logistics strategies for oversized equipment and ensure site delivery readiness.

The Role: The OFCI Procurement Manager – Data Centers is responsible for the technical and commercial procurement of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment for mission-critical data center facilities.

The role ensures that long-lead, high-reliability power and cooling equipment meets stringent performance, redundancy, and availability requirements while aligning procurement schedules with construction, commissioning, and go-live milestones. 5+ years of experience in technical procurement or engineering for data centers or mission-critical facilities Proven experience procuring long-lead, high-reliability OFCI equipment Strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems Experience with FATs, commissioning, and contractor coordination It will be an added bonus if you have: Hyperscale or colocation data center experience Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards or equivalent reliability frameworks Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, and local codes Key employee benefits in the US: Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
