The role Nebius is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Corporate Operations) which will be part of the COO office . In this role, you will manage and implement operational processes across the organization, focusing on the design and continuous improvement of procedures and working methodologies.

You will play a key role in ensuring that operational activities align with the company’s contractual obligations by defining and implementing effective controls and monitoring mechanisms. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive execution, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with defined standards and requirements derived from the company’s agreements.

You’re welcome to work in our offices in Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: Process design & optimization. Manage the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance performance and consistency. Controls & monitoring frameworks.

Define, implement, and maintain controls and monitoring mechanisms aligned with operational and contractual requirements. Ensure ongoing tracking, reporting, and escalation of gaps. Project execution. Manage operational projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder coordination.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, drive execution, and ensure clear communication across all involved parties. Compliance & governance. Ensure operational processes adhere to internal standards and external obligations derived from company agreements. Support audits and ongoing compliance efforts.

We expect you to have: Minimum 8 years proven experience in project or operations management , with a strong focus on process design and implementation. Strong ability to define and implement controls, monitoring frameworks, and governance processes . Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills . High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset . Strong communication skills in English It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience working in regulated environments or with contractual/operational compliance requirements. Familiarity with process design and implementation methodologies.

Experience with project management tools and workflow systems.
