</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Investor Relations Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead all aspects of Nextdoor’s investor relations strategy and execution</li> <li>Shape and articulate a clear, differentiated long-term equity narrative aligned with company strategy</li> <li>Prepare and guide senior leadership for earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and shareholder engagement</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key market stakeholders</li> <li>Analyze shareholder composition, investor feedback, peer performance, valuation dynamics, and market sentiment</li> <li>Ensure consistency and credibility across earnings materials, investor presentations, and public disclosures</li> <li>Partner closely with Legal, Communications and Finance to ensure best-in-class disclosure practices and compliance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Corporate Development &amp; Strategic Initiatives</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO on long-term business model optimization and strategic priorities</li> <li>Identify and evaluate 3rd party growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments</li> <li>Lead high-impact transactions end-to-end, including strategic assessment, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with key teams to assess the value-creation potential of new initiatives, support integration planning, and ensure accountability for post-transaction value realization</li> <li>Translate strategic initiatives into clear investor messaging and measurable KPIs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Capital Allocation &amp; Value Creation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the CFO and executive team on capital allocation strategy across growth investments, operating discipline, and balance sheet management</li> <li>Provide analytical support on return frameworks and long-term financial targets</li> <li>Support Board materials related to strategy, capital allocation, and corporate development</li> <li>Help build and mentor talent within the broader Finance organization</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What You’ll Bring To The Team</strong></h4> <ul> <li>12 to 15+ years of experience across Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development</li> <li>Direct experience leading a senior role in Investor Relations at a publicly traded company</li> <li>Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, marketplace, or platform business models</li> <li>Ideally, strong familiarity with SaaS and advertising KPIs and public market valuation frameworks</li> <li>Demonstrated experience evaluating corporate development opportunities</li> <li>Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills</li> <li>Executive presence and ability to engage credibly with sophisticated public market investors</li> <li>Strong judgment, communication skills, and cross-functional influence</li> <li>High integrity and ability to operate with discretion in a public-company environment</li> <li>Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Rewards</strong></h4> <p>Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create our total rewards package.

&nbsp;</p> <p>The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $300,000 to $350,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. </p> <p>We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. </p> <p>When it comes to benefits, we have you covered!
