Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity. The Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (VP, Strategic FP&A) will be a key member of Nextiva’s finance leadership team, responsible for scaling a world-class finance function in a fast-growing, dynamic private company.

This leader will drive financial rigor, deliver actionable insights, and enable strategic decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible role requiring strong partnership with executive leadership, as well as cross-functional influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

The VP, Strategic FP&A will combine deep financial expertise with modern data, systems, and AI-driven capabilities to transform how financial insights are generated, operationalized, and embedded into decision-making across the company.

Role Overview: The VP, Strategic FP&A is a strategic, innovative, and operationally strong finance executive with expertise in financial planning & analysis, decision support, financial systems, and transformation. This individual will lead the evolution of FP&A from a traditional reporting function into a predictive, data-driven, and AI-enabled strategic partner to the business.

This role requires strong process orientation, exceptional business partnership skills, and the ability to influence beyond finance.
