Payoneer seeks an R&D Team Lead (Fullstack) to own frontend platform strategy and micro-frontend architecture, managing high-performing teams and driving scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Role summary We are looking for a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our Frontend Platform and Micro-Frontend architecture. This role owns frontend engineering outcomes end-to-end from platform strategy and architecture to delivery excellence, quality, and developer productivity.
You will manage and grow high-performing frontend teams, define platform standards, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to build scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Who you are: A collaborative team player with strong leadership and communication skills. High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. A passion for managing and growing talent. Ambition and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt. Global Leadership Experience is a must.
Experience in managing at least 3-4 development teams. Sc. in Computer Science or a related field is required. Leadership: 5+ years of managerial experience, leading large development groups or overseeing R&D in small/medium companies. NET, Java). Technical Expertise: Proficiency with REST APIs, Queues, and Microservices architecture and database experience.
Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system development (not just services). Engineering Practices: Expertise in code reviews, test coverage, and agile methodologies.
