IT Operations Engineer – Application Support

- Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for critical Research and Trading applications
- Manage and support production platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
- Handle software upgrades, releases, and production deployments
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of application, database, and infrastructure issues
- Design and implement tools, scripts, dashboards, and reports to improve operational efficiency
