GAP focuses on partnerships with global agency holding companies and independent agencies, including Publicis, IPG, WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, and beyond. The Partnerships team within GAP drives adoption of Reddit advertising solutions with third-party partners.

This role will act as a trusted advisor and operator, partnering closely with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue impact, improve operational rigor, and further scale our agency and partnerships business. Please note that this role is expected to be based in the NYC area, with the ability to go into the office regularly.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base salary range for this position is: $180,200 — $252,300 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
