Our SelectLeaders client is a boutique, vertically integrated industrial real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Houston, TX. The firm operates across the full deal lifecycle — acquisitions, ground-up development, construction oversight, and asset management — with a focused strategy in industrial product including industrial parks, build-to-suits, and land.
They are scaling their industrial development platform and seeking a senior contributor to join at the Sr. Associate level. This is a growth hire and the level will be calibrated to the right candidate At this level, you will lead underwriting independently, manage external consultant and capital relationships.
