You will lead a fundamental shift in how our customers view technology, moving them from solving individual problems to positioning Samsara as the strategic platform that underpins their entire operation. By architecting joint success plans that define critical objectives and metrics, you will gameplan on new workflows to ensure our largest partners achieve their multi-year business goals.

Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company.
