Digital Marketing Manager, APAC
Delight.ai seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation for Korea, driving pipeline through paid media, email, and webinars. This hybrid role in Seoul requires 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, fluency in Korean and English, and proficiency with AI tools, offering equity and extensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Own local paid media strategy and execution in Korea, including agency management and campaign optimization.
- Run regional email marketing programs, building and deploying eDMs and newsletters with local nuance.
- Plan and execute webinars for the Korean market end-to-end, using AI-assisted workflows.
- Serve as final QA layer on localized marketing assets for accuracy and brand consistency.
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Operations for campaign setup, lead routing, and reporting.

The Role You’ll own digital demand generation for Korea, working closely with the APAC Field Marketing Lead to execute paid media campaigns, email programs, and webinars—while also serving as the quality gate on localized marketing assets. This role is for marketers who think in pipelines, not just programs, and want their impact measured in revenue, not impressions. ai?
