<p>Account Manager, Commercial</p> <p>Location: Chicago, Boston or Austin</p> <p><strong>About the Position</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts.

</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across your commercial account portfolio</li> <li>Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities</li> <li>Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building</li> <li>Develop and maintain account plans for key customers</li> <li>Engage the right stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the Showpad platform</li> <li>Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting</li> <li>Partner with BDRs, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to support the sales cycle</li> <li>Negotiate and close renewals and expansions in line with company objectives</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting best practices and product adoption</li> <li>Track and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Performance Indicators</strong></p> <ul> <li>Quarterly and annual revenue attainment</li> <li>Pipeline volume and quality</li> <li>Customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates</li> <li>Forecast accuracy</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in a SaaS or software sales or account management role</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs)</li> <li>Solid negotiation and closing skills</li> <li>Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio with strong organizational skills</li> <li>Collaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, presales, and product teams</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Showpad</strong></p> <p>At Showpad, we’re focused on empowering others to be at their best.
