We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will: Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.
Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web. Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product. Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features. Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience.
Requirements Proven experience as a Product Designer owning end-to-end design for digital, user-facing products. Exceptional visual craft with a strong attention to detail and polish.
Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural. Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product. Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them. Proactive in identifying, defining, and prioritising UX opportunities, using data and insight to drive decisions.
Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to iterate quickly.
