Artificial Methods is an AI agency being launched under the Maldona Equity portfolio. We help small and mid-sized businesses implement AI-powered systems across sales, marketing, and operations, delivering measurable results through high-ticket setup engagements and ongoing managed services.

• We are in the launch phase and are looking for 2-3 co-founding partners to build this with us from the ground up. This is not a job posting. This is a founding opportunity.
• The Roles
• We are recruiting for three co-founder seats:
• Co-Founder & Director of Sales
• Co-Founder & Director of Marketing
• Co-Founder & Director of Fulfillment
• Each role owns its domain fully, from strategy to execution to team building as we grow.

• Take full ownership of your department from day one.
• Build the systems, processes, and team within your area.
• Contribute to company strategy and direction alongside the founding team.
• Work directly with the CEO to drive revenue and deliver client results.
• Help establish the culture and standards this agency will be built on.

• You have proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations and fulfillment.
• You are a builder who thrives in ambiguity and moves without needing a playbook handed to you.
• You execute, take ownership, and do not wait to be managed.
• You understand AI or are genuinely excited to learn and apply it.
• You think long-term and understand the value of equity over a quick paycheck.
• You operate with integrity and are coachable.

• Revenue Share during the launch and early growth phase, tied directly to company performance.
• 5-10% equity in Artificial Methods with a cliff and vesting schedule, structured in the co-founder agreement.
• Competitive salary once the agency reaches meaningful cash flow. We are building toward sustainable compensation, not a sprint.
