• Reporting to the Head of People Experience and working alongside our Sr
• Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining competitive compensation and equity programs across multiple countries such as the US, Canada, France and Serbia
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure Gorgias’ compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with our compensation philosophy alongside our Sr Compensation Analyst
• Support cyclical compensation programs including promotions, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams to administer and maintain equity programs, including stock option grants and employee equity transactions
• Assist in the development of total rewards policies and guidelines that align with Gorgias’ business goals
• Provide compensation analysis and guidance to HRBPs and leaders on salary adjustments and promotions

Support the annual compensation reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations

• 3+ years of experience in compensation and compensation benchmarking tools, equity administration, or total rewards, preferably in a global tech company or consulting firms
• Knowledge of compensation and equity practices in North America and Europe
• Experience with equity programs, including stock options and RSUs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
