• Our client is looking for a Computer Operator who will provide technical support for production workload scheduling and coordination across four platforms in two data centers
• The role requires knowledge of mainframe technologies, especially z/OS, IMS, DB2, VTAM, SDSF, ITOM, and JES2
• Managing change and incident requests through BMC Remedy for mainframe and server environments
• Coordinating changes to RACF-protected libraries, program code, and workload scheduling
• Analyzing and supporting requests related to production migration, workload applications, and legacy batch job decommissioning
• Verifying and ensuring accuracy in change requests and enforcing policies
• Scheduling batch jobs using Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Dynamic Workload Console
• Reviewing daily production reports for accuracy and handling special job requests
• Supporting implementations and releases, potentially requiring evening or weekend coverage
