• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion
• You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

• Salary $90,000 - $140,000 per year
