• Be a vital part of building projects that shape communities! In this role, you will work hands-on with various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
• Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing basic structures
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out assigned tasks
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
• Support the installation of framing, roofing, flooring, or other structural components as directed
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different construction environments

• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment
• Required Experience:
• Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Required Education:

• Pay: Depending on experience.
