• As a Controls Engineer, will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems for our Conveyor Systems/Automated Machines
• Design and develop electrical control systems for new and existing products
• Create detailed electrical sensor layouts, help with generating electrical schematics for conveyor systems and other machines
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices using Rockwell software
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance

Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• This role requires a strong understanding of control systems, electrical engineering principles, and hands-on experience with industrial automation
• Five (5) or more year’s experience in a similar or related role
• Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (Primarily Allen-Bradley, etc.) and HMIs
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
