As a Corporate Sales Manager (m/f/d) , you will develop, execute, and optimize our corporate travel sales activities (with a focus on SMEs). You will shape the Flix strategy and drive our corporate sales in Germany and Europe by having a hands-on approach and being AI-savvy.
- Conduct market research in the field of corporate travel management with a focus on SMEs
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for SMEs of adding Flix into the SMEs corporate travel mix
- Build a pipeline and reach out to potential B2B customers (cold calling, e-mails, etc.) to understand our go-to-market. Explore and implement an AI-first approach for lead generation, outreach and conversion to avoid manual efforts
- Continuously iterate the sales playbook and AI setup based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs. Create your own KPIs if needed. Adapt strategy accordingly
Support the go-live phase of a 3rd party business travel booking tool. Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to increase visibility of the portal, pitch missing features and optimize lean customer service with high satisfaction rates Opportunity to additionally work with TMCs, OBTs, OBEs and Large Enterprises using technical connections. This includes marketing campaigns, competitor monitoring, data-driven proposals supporting enterprises switching from short-haul flights or car fleets to buses improving ESG rating
- About You
- 2-4+ years in B2B Sales, Corporate Travel Management. Experience selling to Procurement or HR departments is a plus
- Strong ability to leverage AI tools for automating sales processes and staying current with fast‑moving AI trends
- Proven success building from zero, turning early-stage ideas into functioning, revenue‑generating initiatives
- Comfort with ambiguity, including working without a predefined sales playbook and iterating quickly to reach product‑market fit in corporate travel
- Self‑starting attitude, with the ability to navigate internal complexity and move projects forward independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset, treating a new sales channel like an owned business and aiming to build lasting impact
- Proven ability to close high-value, multi-year contracts
- Fluent English & German, any other European language is a plus
