- As part of the Regional Courier Operations team you will be responsible for helping build the bridge between the Courier Operations strategy and the Local teams
- We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points we face in each market of the region in order to win the market
You will be accountable for the results on each of our main kpis, and will work together alongside Global and Local stakeholders to design and execute the action plan required in order to bring our Operations to the next level, either from our office in Kiev or travelling for limited periods of time to be closer to our Teams & Operations
- Travel across all the countries in the region CIS (Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan), Georgia and Armenia (and more to come)
- Understand each country's challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results
- Be responsible for a part of our operations, having plenty of visibility with the majority of our company
- Ensure our supply is balanced, operating each lever available in a controlled and data-driven way
- Be responsible for courier acquisition, courier funnel optimisation, onboarding excellence, newbies quality and retention boosting
- Propose, track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs
- Report directly to the Courier Operations Manager, and General Managers; and align with them the action plan for each of their markets
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking
- Understand local and regional needs, and put yourself in the skin of the Glover - understand who they are
