Creative Strategy & Ideation
Collaborate with copywriters to align visuals with messaging for VSLs and ads
Generate and pitch creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks that maximize conversions
Production & Direction
Occasionally attend or produce shoots to ensure creative vision is executed
Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for campaigns
Post-Production Oversight
Manage editors through the full post-production process (video editing, graphics, sound)
Provide detailed feedback and revisions to ensure high-quality, performance-driven content
Project Management
Own the creative pipeline from brainstorming through delivery
Ensure deadlines are met and assets are optimized for testing and scaling
Performance Optimization
Work closely with marketing to analyze creative performance and iterate based on data

5+ years of experience in creative direction, production, or related role in the direct response industry specifically in health and wellness
Proven ability to develop and execute high-performing creative concepts
Hands-on production experience - comfortable working with crews, talent, and UGC creators
Strong knowledge of editing workflows and ability to give actionable feedback to editors
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
