- This role is part of the Access Management team within Global Customer Experience and focuses on designing, specifying, and supporting secure access solutions across enterprise systems
The position involves analysing access requirements, helping integrate systems into a central Secure Access platform, supporting RBAC automation for onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to governance and audit-readiness to support data governance and business continuity
- Analyse and specify access needs across enterprise systems such as NICE, e
- WFM, Siebel, and Genesys
- Work with different departments to integrate these systems into a unified Secure Access Management platform
- Assist in automating Role
- Based Access Control (RBAC) procedures to ensure efficient and secure onboarding and offboarding
- Evaluate user provisioning workflows and help develop and implement access rules and approval paths with attention to compliance and risk mitigation
- Contribute ideas and provide input on access authorization rule development as automation increases
- Assist with access audits, user base reviews, and permissions inventory to meet Information Security and regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development of a scalable Access Control Governance Program
- Support initiatives such as Piggybacking Page/Resource Audit & Inventory, Protégé taxonomy simplification for system stability, and business continuity and compliance preparedness
- Collaborate with compliance, Information Security, and business partners to align access controls with organizational policies and standards
