• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our military-based customers
• This role is key to ensuring seamless equipment setup, efficient service coordination, and outstanding customer care

• This is a fully onsite position requiring daily attendance
• Candidates must be within a practical daily commute to be considered
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate, timely support
• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues using available tools and resources
• Log service calls and dispatch technicians when needed
• Managing collaboration with third party vendors and service organizations
• Verify customer locations and schedule deliveries prior to deployment
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with internal teams

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience (high call-volume support, inbound/outbound phone assistance, and live troubleshooting)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / M365
• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and multitask
