You will be the face and voice for clients during onboarding, responsible for planning and executing implementations of the global employee management platform, providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted advisor to enable long-term client success
- The role combines cross-functional project management, deep product expertise, and customer advocacy to drive on-time onboarding and enable expansion of client relationships
- Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of the global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementation for a diverse set of clients, ensuring timely completion
- Become a product expert and a go-to resource for customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding products/services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders; understand customer use cases and align them with best practices
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems creatively and resourcefully; provide global payroll expertise and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience and R&D to contribute to team goals and develop/document implementation processes and best practices
- Adaptable, driven, quick-thinking, and able to work autonomously while prioritizing tasks and identifying blockers
