• Chat & Email Support: Be the first point of contact
• Help users understand our platform, answer questions, and guide them toward their business needs
• Troubleshoot Tech: Troubleshoot and escalate issues, finding creative fixes, and work closely with our tech and product teams to keep customer campaigns running smoothly
• Onboard & Guide: Run occasional onboarding calls and coach new clients on best practices – turning beginners into confident GetResponse users
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with colleagues to improve our tools

IT Services and IT Consulting

• Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (C1+ level) and German (B2 level) – bonus points if you speak French, Spanish, or another European language

• Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more
• Base pay range
• Transparent Salary: 6,000‑6,500 PLN gross/month (employment contract), and up to 1,000 PLN commission for reaching goals
