  • You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, responsible for building durable customer relationships, converting those relationships into long-term revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues
  • The role focuses on managing a portfolio of SMB accounts in the UK & Ireland (UKI), advocating internally for customer needs, and driving product adoption to improve retention and customer experience
  • Accounts: Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts in the UKI, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential
  • Risk: Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn; engage appropriate internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly while managing customer communications
  • Relationships: Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
  • Product: Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality day-to-day experience to customers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests

Drive adoption of platform features that lead to a better customer experience and improved retention

Требования

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager
  • Exposure working with Payroll clients/accounts
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes
  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy; able to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality; able to thrive in fast-paced environments and roles requiring a high degree of responsibility
  • Proven track record of achievement (e.g., measurable business impact, fast assumption of responsibilities, awards) and a strong analytical foundation for manipulating and synthesizing data
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
