• In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that shape business strategy
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze trends and variances, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate across departments to optimize cost allocations and identify savings
• Enhance financial models and reporting for better decision-making

Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years in financial leadership (insurance industry experience required)
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and influence at all levels

Experience in a similar capacity within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain

• Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location
• Some roles at Company are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role
• Salary Range $87,700 - $124,500
