Optimize and standardize People Operations (Mobility, People Compliance, Contingent Workforce, HR Shared Services, Recruiting Ops) processes by identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing scalable solutions, leveraging technology where appropriate
Manage vendor relationships for People Operations systems and services, including contract review, performance monitoring, success reviews, and product roadmap
