• Optimize Snowflake usage for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
• Lead data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Snowflake
• Coordinate with the Data Governance team to ensure data quality, lineage, documentation, and compliance

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues to ensure availability, reliability, and accuracy across platforms

• 5+ years of proven expertise in Snowflake architecture, development, and administration
• Strong proficiency in data warehouse architecture and lifecycle management
• Extensive experience in data modeling and designing scalable data warehouses
• Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices in data environments
• Experience integrating data from platforms like Salesforce and Workday
• Exposure to non-relational databases and modern data structures (e.g., MongoDB, NoSQL)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various groups
