At Amara, we have the products and the reputation; now we need a high-energy Sales Lead who will take ownership of the brand and aggressively expand our footprint in the DFW market.If you are a self-starter who thrives on "the hunt" and enjoys building a business from the ground up, this is your opportunity to lead.

• Drive Trade Sales: Actively identify, call, and visit "trade people"—landscape contractors, custom home builders, pool designers, and architects—to establish Amara as their primary supplier.
• Strategic Growth: Don't just follow a script. You will develop and execute clear strategies to attract new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Own the Pipeline: Manage the entire sales cycle from the first cold call/outreach to the final delivery of materials.
• Multitask & Execute: Balance on-site client meetings, showroom consultations, and administrative follow-ups without breaking a sweat.
• Market Presence: Attend local trade shows and industry networking events to keep Amara top-of-mind for DFW professionals.

• Proactive Hunter: You prefer being "in the field" building relationships over waiting for walk-in traffic.
• Strategist: You can show us a clear plan on how you intend to capture the DFW trade market.
• Hardscape Knowledge: Familiarity with stone, pavers, or outdoor construction is a major plus, but a "closer" mentality is a must.
• Goal-Oriented: You aren't satisfied with meeting a quota; you want to shatter it.

• Required Experience:
• Granite/Marble/Quartz Sales: 1 year (Required)

Kitchen/Bath Design Sales: 1 year (Required) sales: 2 years (Required)

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Prior experience in the tile and stone industry REQUIRED
• Prior experience in cabinets and plumbing is a plus
• Required Education:

College Degree or equivalent Design Degree preferred
