- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in tooling design and manufacturing engineering or 6+ years with a masters degree
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX) and familiarity with PLM systems such as Teamcenter
- Experience with design analysis methods and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
