• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Collibra, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Privacera, and will drive strategic alignment across technical and business teams

• Metadata Management & Design and implement enterprise metadata models in Collibra aligned with business goals
• Integrate metadata workflows with Unity Catalog and Synaptica for enhanced discoverability

• Implement and govern secure data access using Privacera
• Optimize distributed workspaces in Databricks leveraging Unity Catalog
• Standards & Best Practices
• Define standards for efficient use of Databricks environments
• Champion metadata governance and utilization across teams
• Strategic Leadership
• Develop transition architecture roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified data discovery vision
• Foster collaboration and clarity in complex, ambiguous environments
• Promote innovative solutions in ontology, data access, and discovery

Serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor

• Proven success in implementing distributed Databricks workspaces
• Strong background in metadata modeling, data architecture, and enterprise-scale data discovery
