Summary: ATR is looking for a self-starting and talented employee that would like to join our Recruiting team. As a recruiter you will start with a 2-4 week training program that will provide you with the basic skills you will need to begin your recruiting career. You will work with seasoned ATR recruiting industry professionals that will deliver ongoing training aimed at strengthening your ability to provide full life-cycle consultation to candidates throughout the job transition phase. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process.
  • Responsible for full recruiting cycle including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screen all resumes received via traditional recruiting methods prior to presentation to manager; conduct phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to managers.
  • Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, i.e. cold calling, internet, research firms, user groups.
  • Conduct reference checks and work with background screening vendor.
  • Manage relationships with internal HR; provide weekly status updates to Account Managers and Leadership Team.
  • Work in a team environment to hit company goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal processes
  • Ability to perform other related responsibilities as requested, such as on-boarding projects, employee events, client outings, and relocation.
  • All other duties as assigned
