• Demonstrates a conceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes
• Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurring assignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, and maintaining records
• Position requires occasional holiday availability
• Processing incoming responses from police agencies
• Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases
• Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards
• Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Requiring some sedentary and physical labor
• This is a 40 hour work week, and 16 of those hours will be on the weekends
• Position will be Thursday-Monday, 8AM-4:30PM

Available on some holidays

• Demonstrate ability to lift 40lbs., comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time, if necessary
• Must be available to work on weekends

Possess a HS Diploma required

• Payrate: $18.00 - $19.00/hr
• Employee will have Tuesday and Wednesday off
• Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.00 - $19.00/hr
• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law
• Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience
