• Our Delivery Team Leads play a critical role in ensuring successful customer deliveries while supporting and developing frontline employees
• Manage and lead a group of delivery drivers in a direct store delivery environment
• Answer customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% service satisfaction
• Ensure daily delivery time windows are consistently met
• Collaborate with sales representatives and warehouse operations to understand customer and sales needs
• Coach, lead, and develop drivers to support sales and improve productivity through regular gate-to-gate route rides
• Implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and PBNA safety standards
• Conduct team meetings and safety training sessions to reinforce preventive measures
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency

Drive continuous improvement and improved business performance through leadership

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid Class A CDL certification
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings (4am–6am starts), evenings, and weekends

Indefinite right to work in the United States required

• Expected compensation range: $59,400 – $92,600 annually
• Performance-based bonus with eligibility for a 10% annual target payout, distributed quarterly
