• The Patient Advocate is primarily responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience, from check in to check out and beyond. Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and welcoming them to Ritual Dental
• Appointment scheduling & management
• Verifying patient insurance eligibility
• Collecting payments & co pays
• Communicating with patients via phone, email or via Ritual’s messaging platform
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well organized front desk and patient waiting area
• Providing detailed descriptions of dental treatments, services, and retail products provided at Ritual Dental
• Present treatment plans to patients and discuss financial responsibility

Answering patients’ questions & empower with knowledge

• 3 or more years experience working in a Dental Practice
• Experience working with DENTRIX ASCEND is a MUST
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Can demonstrate knowledge of common dental procedures
• Experience with insurance eligibility and ADA codes
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and some Saturdays

• Experience working in a tech enabled company
