• The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions and guide people-related strategy, ensuring HR programs support organizational goals and a strong employee experience
• This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and talent development
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational priorities and mission
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective service delivery across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations; lead investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matters
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee development initiatives to support growth and workforce stability

Manage HR metrics, compensation practices, and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision-making

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience overseeing HR functions at a senior level
• Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational development, and talent management best practices
• Demonstrated experience driving culture, engagement, and organizational change

Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000 annually + comprehensive benefits package
