Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Director of Sales to lead our sales division and accelerate our growth in the Residential / Commercial solar market. You will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team while developing the strategic roadmaps necessary to exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling solar sales operations and a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape.
Reporting: Present monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance metrics to executive leadership
Financing Fluency: Expert-level understanding of solar financing options, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), solar leases, and specialized loan products
CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CRM software (Coperniq, Artemis) for pipeline tracking and data-driven forecasting
