• Develop and execute B2C paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and other digital platforms
• Support budget forecasting and tracking for paid media
• Responsible for optimizing PPC campaigns across all channels
• Conduct A/B testing and review campaign data to make informed strategic changes and achiever higher ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with SEO and other teams

Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team

• 7+ years of experience in paid media campaign management is required; experience in B2C is a must!
• A bachelor's degree is required for this role
• Experience managing high-value monthly paid media budgets

Excellent analytical skills with strong detail orientation

• Salary range of $150K-$160K with strong annual bonus potential
