Tenstorrent is searching for a Director to lead the growth of the RISC-V software ecosystem. This role involves expanding our software team to establish RISC-V as the industry standard. The position offers an opportunity to work on next-generation RISC-V systems, encompassing embedded and real-time systems, as well as server platform designs with diverse use cases for complex workloads. What We Need

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to grow and scale a worldwide engineering team. Proven experience with prior leadership of system software teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and open-source communities to define and deliver for the overall RISC ecosystem.
• Broad knowledge and network into open-source software communities.

• Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
