• Must be able to lift 45+ pounds
• Provide a safe and positive atmosphere for all dogs at the daycare facility
• Facilitate and oversee play within a large dog pack
• Prepare and serve meals, and clean up after the dogs
• Regularly clean all areas of the facility, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning out crates, and doing dishes and laundry
• Must have a phone and working email
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time without breaks
• Must be able to make a 6 month commitment
• An innate love of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a team as well as use your initiative to get the job done
• Ability to work standing up for most of your shift
• A strong work ethic, reliability, energy, and enthusiasm
• A great amount of patience and the ability to remain calm, cool, and positive in all situations and to be in control without raising your voice or resorting to inappropriate negative feedback

Previous experience in the dog care industry is not required, but the ability to learn and implement appropriate positive pack management techniques is essential
