• As a Dog Handler at Bark 2, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the safety, happiness, and well-being of the dogs entrusted to our care
• Your daily responsibilities will include: - Supervising and engaging with groups of dogs to ensure safe play and interactions
• Monitoring dog behavior and addressing any issues promptly and appropriately
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the dogs at all times
• Assisting with feeding, walking, and other care tasks as needed

Communicating effectively with team members and dog owners about each dog’s needs and behavior

• This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience working with dogs who is eager to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners
• A genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of canine behavior
• The ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced, active environment
• Reliable access to Mission Bay via public transportation , as parking is not available

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

To thrive in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience working with dogs in a professional setting (e.g., daycare, boarding, training, or veterinary environment) or walking dogs
