• We are seeking a Consulting Member of Technical Staff to play a critical technical leadership role in shaping, designing, coordinating and delivering this next-generation system
• This position will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions to embed clinical and business intelligence to optimize the experience of clinicians, nurses and other providers
• This role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance systems
• You will architect complex systems, ensure smooth integration across technologies, and provide technical leadership to other engineers
• As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures
• Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications

• We are seeking a Consulting Member of Technical Staff** to play a critical technical leadership role in shaping, designing, coordinating and delivering this next-generation system

• A strong background in cloud services and infrastructure, databases, and backend development is essential
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Proven experience delivering high-scale, distributed services in a production environment
• Strong programming skills in the Java language
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems
• In-depth experience in cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems
• Strong background in AI/ML, with a focus on generative AI and AI-driven code generation
• Experience in data architecture and database concepts
• Experience with product lifecycle and delivering products from scratch
• Systematic problem-solving, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership and drive
• Self-motivated and proactive with a proven track record in mentoring and technical leadership

• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral
