Axiom Staffing Group is seeking to fill the position of a Bilingual Production Line Lead located in Winchester, VA. The Bilingual Production Line Lead oversees daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance. This role leads production staff, supports equipment setup, and ensures GMP and sanitation standards are met.

• Prepare production line for daily operations
• Conduct pre-op and equipment inspections
• Monitor quality, GMPs, and CCPs
• Assist with setup and minor machine troubleshooting
• Train and oversee team members (20–25 employees)
• Ensure accurate documentation and sanitation at shift end
• Report issues to Production Manager
• Work a standard schedule of Monday–Thursday, with shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM; Fridays as required

During peak season, maintain availability for a Monday–Saturday schedule with shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM

• Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
• Two years of previous line lead or supervisory experience required
• Food manufacturing and food safety training a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
