• Reset shelves, coolers, and other points of purchase to comply with established merchandising standards and negotiated customer contracts
• Optimize and maintain cold vaults and gondola space to PepsiCo planograms
• Keep backroom stock organized and in neat condition
• Handle rack and point-of-sale deliveries as assigned
• Manage point-of-sale storage and mail distribution as needed
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and store contacts
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing store requests and building rapport
• Operate safely under minimal supervision while managing time and route effectively
• Work across various climate conditions as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Bending, reaching, squatting, and standing for extended periods

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation to access multiple store locations during assigned shifts
• Ability to pass background check
• Forklift certification/test if applicable (experience is helpful but not required)
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
