Here at Company we call our Loan officer Assistant, Sales Assistant , in this position you will support the customer journey from application to initial disclosures, provide an overview of Company’s products and programs, and assist Loan Officers by seeing customers through to a successful closing. Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Companystars are fairly compensated. The salary range below is a good faith estimate for this position and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$56,000 USD. In addition, this role is eligible for an uncapped incentive plan (bonus). The on-target earnings (OTE) are $72,000 USD and are performance-based and not guaranteed.
