- In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list
- You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results
- Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic and creative muscles—contributing to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns
- Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
- Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement & conversion
- Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to align messaging, timing, and promotional strategies
- Concept and write email/SMS copy with an understanding of voice, tone, and brand positioning
- Design lightweight email graphics or templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
